教师承担着传播知识、传播思想、传播真理的历史使命，肩负着塑造灵魂、塑造生命、塑造人的时代重任，是教育发展的第一资源，是国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的重要基石。

今天，也是我校新学期开学第一天，校园里迎来了千禧一代的新生力量，语言党支部特建立“师者说”橱窗专栏，邀请语言学部获得2018年度校级师德先锋获得者、2016-2018年校级先进党务工作者、2018年优秀党员、2018年优秀专业导师共同发表“师者说”，老师们使用中外文双语表达了他们对教师岗位的敬意、对学生的关爱。

师者，传道受业解惑也。作为一名新老师，我认为一名好的教师应该始终坚持做到以下四点：掌握学科知识，熟悉教学方法，做好学生与家长的沟通，相信每一个学生都有发展的潜力。
Le professeur, c’est celui qui fait la transmission ou l’acquisition de connaissances et d’aptitudes touchant les domaines morales, intellectuels, culturels et spirituels. Comme nouveau professeur, selon moi, pour être un bon professeur, un enseignant doit parvenir à constamment créer un équilibre entre 4 qualités essentielles: la maîtrise de sa (ses) matière(s), des compétences didactiques et pédagogiques, la capacité de construire une relation avec les élèves et leurs familles et enfin avoir confiance dans le potentiel des élèves à progresser.

Vor der Tafel stehen wir nicht nur den Studenten gegenüber, sondern auch den Familien hinter ihnen, der Entwicklung unserer Gesellschaft, der Zukunft unseres Landes. Als Lehrer muss man verantwortungsvoll, liebevoll, geduldvoll sein. Wenn Lehrer auch streng oder nett sind, ist die Verantwortung die grundlegende Tugend.
