中图分类号:C962 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1673—4513—(2010)—01—052—04 人事选拔中引入心理测评工作的尝试 摘 要:人事心理测评运用标准化的心理测验对个体的职业能力、职业兴趣、工作经历、价值观及人格特征等进行有效测量, 并对其各方面素质做出综合评定, 进而实现人与职、人与事的合理匹配。在我校近年新教师引进等人事选拔工作中逐步试点开展心理测评,从应聘者的职业兴趣倾向、应聘者的人格特质和应聘者的心理健康状况等方面进行,心理测评结果为我校人事安置、调整和合理利用人力资源提供参考依据。今后应在现有试点基础上,进一步深化细化心理测评工作,建立更为全面、系统的人事心理测评体系。 Introduce the Psychological Assessment into Staff Recruitment Abstract:In the recent years, we attempt to introduce the psychological assessment into the staff recruitment in our school The psychological assessment are used to assess the occupational interest、personality trait and the mental states of the candidates Several practical samples which are described in this articles illustrate the availability of psychological assessment in staff recruitments Key words:psychological assessment;staff recruitment 收稿日期:2009年12月11日 |
