　　摘要：电影片名是一件凝练的艺术精品。它是电影内容的眼睛，电影思想的灵魂。翻译影片名则是一种创造性的艺术活动，本文从语言学家约翰·卡特福德的语言翻译理论出发，对外国电影片名的翻译进行了分析、分类与总结。
