高等学校连锁、特许经营管理人才培养现状研究

　　摘　要：本文采用实地考察、电话访谈、收集二手资料等方法调查了全国高等学校连锁经营管理和特许经营管理两个专业的人才培养情况，总结了现阶段两个专业人才培养的总体概况，并从培养目标、培养方式、师资队伍建设、教材与课程建设、实践环节、职业技能证书等方面，归纳了人才培养的经验与不足，提出了推动我校专业发展的一些思路。

A Study on Status of Cultivatiing Talents by Chain and Franchise

Abstract:The paper adopts field survey, telephone interviews, secondary data collection and other research methods to study the cultivation status of chain and franchise operations management in colleges and universities First, it analyzes the general situation of cultivating talents Then it concludes advantages and disadvantages from the talents cultivating aim, training mode, staff construction, teaching materials and courses construction, practices, professional certificates and so on Finally, it proposes some ideas to promote our college speciality development
