关于培养复合型英语人才的思考

　　 摘 要：21 世纪的英语专业教学应着力培养具有前瞻性、创造性的复合型英语人才， 这已成为人们的共识。笔者从理论的层面入手探讨了以下三个问题: (1) 复合型英语人才培养的内涵与基本理论问题; (2) 复合型英语人才的培养原则; (3) 复合型英语人才的培养途径与方法。

　　　Research on the Cultivation of Crossdisciplinary English Language Personnel

Abstract:It is a common understanding that in the 21stcentury, foreign language teaching ought to lay stress on training crossdisciplinary English language personnel with foresight and creativity. This paper offers some theoretical views of training crossdisciplinary English language personnel on the following respects: (a) the connotation and basic theoretical problems; (b) the cultivating principle; (c) the ways and methods.
