企业动态联盟收益分配模型研究

　　 摘 要：动态联盟是21世纪的主要组织模式。合作伙伴参与动态联盟的一个重要目的，就是为了获得更多的经济利益。本文提出了一种解决企业动态联盟合作伙伴收益分配问题的模型及其求解的方法，以求达到合作伙伴的共赢与发展。该方法从纳什谈判模型出发，构建效用函数，建立纳什均衡方程，利用层次分析法确定因素权重，并使用模糊分析法对分配因子的大小进行评估，最后用求解条件极值的方法求解方程得到纳什均衡解。该方法通过算例进行了实证分析。

Study on the Model of Profit Distributing among the Enterprise Dynamic Alliance

Abstract：Dynamic alliance is a main organization pattern of 21st Century. An important purpose of attending is to obtain more economic benefits. This paper offers a model to solve the profit distributing problem and corresponded solving methods to winwin situation and development. Based on Nash Negotiation Model, this method designs utility function, sets Nash equilibrium, figures the importance of factors by Hierarchy Analysis, estimates the sizes of them and finally works out the Nash equilibrium answer by means of figuring out special solution of the equations.
