略论城市法治文化建设路径

　　摘要：优先建设城市法治文化是中国法治文化建设的必由之路。这既需要有清晰明确的规划目标，也需要坚持行之有效的基本途径和长效机制。在建设城市法治文化的过程中，要正确认识中国共产党的领导作用，要坚持走社会主义道路，要坚持改革开放；针对不同的主体，主要是法律职业群体、政府、社会公众，要提出不同的要求。
