On August 30th, 2019, the foreign teachers’ meeting for new term 2019-2020-1 was held by the International Affairs Office, with all foreign teachers of BCU and relative Chinese coordinators attending. Besides, the Deputy Director of International Affairs Office Ms. LI Xuemeng was invited to the meeting.

On the meeting, the award ceremony for Top Foreign Teacher of Term 2018-2019-2 was held, with certificates, bonus and presents awarded. The first prize goes to the Japanese teacher KANEKI YUKO, and the second prizes goes to the French teacher SEBASTIEN CORREC and the German teacher JOHANN MARCHART. The prize the Most Popular Teacher is added from this term and it goes to the English teacher SUTHERLAND-ROWE JAKE. This result is based on the evaluation from peer teachers, Teaching Affairs Office and students. More importantly, the foreign teachers negotiates the teaching arrangements for the new term with relative Chinese coordinators. In the end, the International Affairs Office celebrates the birthday for the teachers to provide them an unforgettable birthday in BCU.

Through the new-term meeting, each detail of the teaching schedule is well discussed and organized to ensure the orderly conduct of the teaching in new term.
