On Sep 7th 2018, the foreign teachers’ meeting for new term 2018-2019-1 was held by the International Affairs Office, with all foreign teachers of BCU and relative Chinese coordinators attending. Besides, the Deputy Director of International Studies Department Ms LIU Jiaoyue and the Deputy Director of International Affairs Office Ms LI Xuemeng were intived to the meeting.

On the meeting, the award ceremony for Top Foreign Teacher of Term 2017-2018-2 was held, with certificates, bonus and presents awarded. The first prize went to the Japanese teacher KANEKI YUKO, and the second prizes went to the French teacher SEBASTIEN CORREC and the Spanish teacher CESAR ACOSTA. The result is based on the evaluation from peer teachers, Teaching Affairs Office and students.

Apart from the ceremony, several new teachers were warmly welcomed to join the BCU family, which made the family getting bigger and stronger. More importantly, the foreign teachers negotiated the teaching arrangementsfor the new term with relative Chinese coordinators. Each detail of the teaching schedule was well discussed and organised to ensure the orderly conduct of the teaching.
